1. SITE PREPARATION AND GROUND CLEARING

Our comprehensive Site Preparation service ensures a pristine workspace for artificial turf installation. No matter the material - be it rock, dirt, sand, or any other debris - we meticulously remove it from the site. This crucial step helps us eliminate potential weeds and achieve the precise leveling required for the flawless installation of your synthetic grass.

2. SCREENING

Our installation includes adding a fine-grained rock screening to sculpt and stabilize the artificial turf foundation. We meticulously level and compact this layer to ensure optimal stability and drainage. This rock base facilitates efficient water drainage through the turf, preventing any surface pooling or puddling, and establishes a firm, smooth foundation for the artificial grass to rest upon.

3. WOVEN WEED BARRIER

We install a woven weed barrier on top of the screening. This barrier serves a dual purpose: it prevents weeds from penetrating the turf and enhances water drainage. Each style of our artificial grass features holes in the backing, specifically designed to facilitate efficient water drainage through the turf."

4. Turf Laying

In this process, we meticulously place the chosen type of artificial grass over the prepared surface, ensuring it aligns perfectly with the designated area. To secure the turf in place and prevent any shifting or wrinkling, we use specialized nails designed for artificial turf installations. These turf-grade nails are carefully hammered into the ground at strategic locations around the perimeter and across the turf, providing a firm and stable foundation. This method ensures that the artificial grass remains neatly anchored, offering a seamless and durable outdoor surface.

5. Fiber Activation

After the artificial turf is precisely laid out, the next step involves bringing its fibers to life to achieve a lush, natural appearance. This is accomplished using a power broom, a specialized tool equipped with sturdy bristles that gently but effectively coax the turf fibers into an upright position. Not only does this process enhance the aesthetic appeal of the turf, making it resemble natural grass, but the power broom also plays a crucial role in turf maintenance.
